Cyclone Separator
Cyclone Separator
We are experienced in designing and fabricating Reverse Flow type Gas Cyclone Separators, with the following working method:
Reverse flow Reverse flow cyclone separators feature a cone-shaped design, where gas enters from the top, flows down, then reverses direction and is discharged.
The core cylindrical section of the separator, known as the body or barrel, gradually narrows into the conical section called the cone. As a result, reverse flow cyclone separators are industrial assemblies with no-moving-parts and straightforward design
Smaller cyclone separators exhibit higher efficiency levels, but they also come with higher pressure drop and lower volumetric flow rates. Additionally, the gas velocity through smaller separators can be exceptionally high, potentially leading to an increased erosion if the gas stream contains abrasive particles.
On the other hand, larger cyclone separators offer lower efficiency levels but also, reduced pressure drop and higher volumetric flow rates. However, separators with larger diameters may not be suitable for removing fine particles from gas streams.
Cyclone separators offer numerous advantages, making them a popular choice for various applications:
- Cost Effective
- Low Mainternance
- Environmentally Friendly, maintaining lower particle/dust emission levels (below 30 mg/Nm3)
- Space-Saving
